SJ-PG Series Upper Film Blown Machine

Features:

1) This machine is designed to produce plastic film made of low density polyethylene (LDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE).

2) It employs some new technologies like rotary mould head and fully-automatic winder. The machine is designed reasonably and elegantly. It is small and is easy to operate and maintain. ------A.  Automatically control in the cause of change rolling, cut off; and plug into material can lighten workers labor intensity, reduce the rate of waste product, and enhance working efficiency and strengthened safe property at the same time.

 ------B.  The electric part adopts the PLC programmable control, the auto-flying-cutter part adopts Germany FESTO technology. In safety reason, we adopt insurance devices too.

------ C.  Advanced electric control system has improved the performance of electro mechanics integrating and the equipment automatic degree greatly, has enhanced the systematic dependability and stability, have reduced the malfunction rate greatly.

------D. The head on this machine can be rotated to the left and right within 360 degrees, thereby strengthen the intensity and the evenness of plastic film.

3) The products are widely used in application of package of civil and industrial products such as food, garment, textile and daily necessities etc. The products include vest bag, shopping bag, garment bag and food bag.
