3G-SJ series film blowing machine with three-layer extrusion
Features:
1) The machine employs many technologies such as rotary traction, double wind gap & wind ring, air driving, speed regulation by frequency variation and fully-automotive double-tight friction winder.
2) It is applicable to LLDPE, MLLDPE, LDPE, EVA, PA and adhesive etc to produce various kinds of packing film with multi-layer extrusion. The machine features with clear layering, good plasticization, excellent physic and mechanic performance, high output and low energy consumption.
3) The successful use of the advanced rotary traction technology plays an important part in domestic equipment replacing the equipment with rotary machine head and improving the quality of the film. Therefore, it is the ideal machine to replace the old plastic machine.
